Registration

STEP 1
We would love to have you visit our program with your child and get a chance to see the facility and meet our teachers and interns.  The best time to visit is usually beginning about 4 pm.  Should you need to visit at another time, please contact us and we will work out a time that is best for your schedule.  While you are visiting, we can give you our enrollment packet and forms.

STEP 2
We use KidCheck as our secure check-in and out system.  All parents will need to sign up for KidCheck account which is free and easy to do.  Once you've created your KidCheck account, you can add your kids and any additional guardians or friends who are authorized to pick up your child.  You can also upload photos of yourself, your kids, and your guardians to make it easy for us to identify them.

1. Go to the website go.kidcheck.com (make sure you don't type www)
2. Select "I am a parent and want to create a free account"
3. Fill in the requested fields and create your password
4. Agree to the license agreement and then go to choose your account options.
5. Select "Save changes"

1. click on "my kids" This is where you will input your child's information and upload photos.  Select "save changes."
2. Click on "my guardians"  This is where you will input additional guardians who are authorized to pick up your child and upload photos. Select "save changes"

If you desire to make changes, you may access your account at anytime by selecting the "login" link at www.kidcheck.com.

STEP 3
Pay your deposit. You may make a check out to Woodinville Whiz Kids and bring it by when you submit your enrollment forms.  OR Please use the “Pay Now” button below to continue to our secure payment site. 

-Input the amount you want to pay (you may also pre-pay for the month if you prefer)

-Use either your Paypal Account, Credit, or Debit card to pay.
